Assam Rural Infrastructure and Agricultural Services (ARIAS) Society Assam Govt Job has released recruitment on 7 Vacancy under the World Bank-financed Assam Agribusiness and Rural Transformation Project (APART). Name of Post: Procurement Management Specialist (PMS)
No. of Vacancy: 5

Qualification: Master’s degree/Post-Graduate Diploma (minimum two years duration) in any discipline from any Govt. recognized university/institution and trained in procurement norms of the World Bank. Candidates having Professional Diploma in Public Procurement (PDPP) or Certificate Program in Public Procurement (CPPP) from the World Bank will be preferred.

Experience: The PMS must have at least 11 years experience in Procurement Management function in a leadership/ managerial capacity in any public/private sector agency responsible for managing World Bank/externally aided projects. Candidates having hands-on experience in the e-procurement system of the Government may be preferred.

Age:  Candidate should not be more than 50 years as on 1st September 2021

Remuneration: Rs. 11.40 to Rs. 19.20 lakhs per annum.

Name of Post: Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist (M&ES)
No. of Vacancy: 2

Qualification: Post–Graduate in Economics/ Statistics/Engineering or any other subject from any Govt. recognized university.

Experience: M&ES must have 11 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, quantitative and qualitative analysis including 03 years of relevant experience in any externally funded project/ public sector projects at the leadership position.

Age:  Candidate should not be more than 50 years as on 1st September 2021

Remuneration: Rs. 11.40 to Rs. 19.20 lakhs per annum
