Other Details of District & sessions Judge Appointment:–

Age: The Candidate must not be less than 1B years and more than 40 years of age as of 01/01/2021. The upper Age limit is relaxable as per Govt. Rule.
Venue: Nagaon, Assam.
Document Requirement: ‘The applicant will have to submit self-attested relevant testimonials (Photocopy) i.e.Educational Qualification Certificates & Marksheets’ AgeProof certificate, caste certificate (in case of Reserved category candidates) and certificates relating to any special skill along with 3 copies of recent Passport size Photographs.
Selection Procedure: The eligible candidates shall have to appear Viva-Voce Test and they will have to bring all the required original testimonials to appear Viva-Voce test’

1. The Candidates must be Indian Citizens as defined under Articles 5 to B of the Constitution of India.
2. If any candidate is found to have suppressed his/her. educational qualification or given any *wrong information at the time of applying for the post, his/her candidature shall be liable to be rejected
3. The last date of receipt of the application is 15 (Fifteen) days from the date of publication of the advertisement. Incomplete applications and applications received after the due date shall be summarily rejected.

10. No separate Call Letter will be issued from this office

13. No TA/DA is admissible to the candidates for appearing in the Viva-Voce Test.
