Physical Fitness Test (PFT)
Physical Fitness Test (PFT) will be conducted by Indian Air Force for candidates who pass the online test. A list of shortlisted candidates will be published on the official website. Here are the tasks that will be included in the Indian Air Force’s Physical Fitness Test (PFT).
Running: The candidate has to complete 1.6 km run within 6 minutes 30 seconds.
Push-ups: The candidate must complete 10 push-ups within the stipulated time.
Sit-ups: The candidate must complete 10 sit-ups within the stipulated time.
Squats: The candidate must complete 20 squats within the stipulated time.
Note: Candidates are advised to bring their sports shoes and shorts/ track pants.
