Online Khazana Payment: Assam’s Revenue and Disaster Management Department have launched a new service via the SevaSetu Portal. The Assam Revenue and Disaster Management Department’s new service is known as e-Khazana. The e-Khazana service, as the name implies, will assist landowners in paying their land revenue or Khazana through an online portal managed by the Government of Assam. The Assam government, led by Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma, is digitizing government services to improve them. Previously, some of the successful services launched under his leadership included Mission Basundhara, Online Exchange Card, Online Driving Services, and Mission Bumiputra. The registration of pattadars (landowners) under the e-Khazana service began on April 1, 2023. Pattadars must register in the Government of Assam’s SewaSetu Portal to use the online Khazana payment service. Payment of land revenue via the online portal will begin with the next agricultural year, on July 1, 2023. All revenue owed prior to the said agricultural year must be paid using traditional methods.
Online e-Khazana Payment Modes
Under the newly introduced e-Khazana service, pattadars (landowners) will have a variety of payment options for paying their land revenue. The Online Khazana Payment service will be linked to a payment gateway with a variety of payment options such as UPI, Debit/Credit cards, and NetBanking. To make his or her revenue payment, the user must choose one of those options.

How to Pay Online Khazana in Assam?
Pattadars will need to log in to the Government of Assam’s newly launched SewaSetu portal to pay Khazana or land revenue online. If you haven’t already registered in the SevaSetu portal, you’ll need to do so before you can make an online Khazana payment. > Click on the Online Khazana Payment link.
> Users will be redirected to the official SewaSetu portal.
> You will be able to register yourself in that portal.
> Now, enter all of the required information and upload the required document in the specified size.
> Log in and then click the Pay Khazana button.
> You will receive an acknowledgment copy of your submitted service once payment is received.
