Name of Post: Project Associate (Training)
No. of Vacancy: 2
Qualification: Graduate Degree preferably in Social Work / Rural Development / Economics / Development Studies, Social Sciences, etc.
Experience: At least 3 years proven track record of implementation in Social / Community development projects especially in livelihood development projects. Having extensive experience in field legal activities and having excellent communication skills with communities.
Age: 25-32 years
Pay: Rs. 20,580/- per month

Name of Post: Project Associate (Marketing)
No. of Vacancy: 1
Qualification: Graduate Degree. MBA in Marketing will be preferred.
Experience: At least 2 years of proven track record of sales and marketing. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in the FMCG sector.
Age: 25-30 years
Pay: Rs. 20,580/- per month

Name of Post: Multitasker Grade-I
No. of Vacancy: 1
Qualification: HS in any stream.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Multitasker in office work. Experience in FMCG companies or having a robust understanding of the sector will be preferred.
Age: 20-28 years
Pay: Rs. 10,089/- per month

Qualification:
> Post Graduate degree in management or other related fields.
> Minimum 8 to 10 years of professional experience in entrepreneurship promotion and related work.
> Work experience in an industry/business association or service provider providing innovation labs, business development programs, etc. is preferable.
> Good knowledge on policies and approaches adopted by the government, various stakeholders, and the private sector to promote entrepreneurship in India, specifically in the North East.
> Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
> Proactive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
> Fluent in English, Hindi, and Assamese is a must, fluency in further regional languages would be an advantage.
Pay: Rs. 45,080/- per month
