Pay: An all-inclusive consolidated monthly salary of Rs. 30,000 for the first year of the engagement, Rs. 35,000 for the second year, and Rs. 40,000 for the third year, in that order.

Bharat Electronics Limited Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in Engineering (Electronics, / Electronics & Communication /Electronics & Telecommunication/ Telecommunication / Communication / Mechanical/ Electrical /Electrical & Electronics / Computer Science /Computer Science & Engineering / Information Science/ Information Technology).

Aggregate of all semesters/years – 55% and above for General, OBC (NCL) & EWS Candidates and Pass Class for SC/ST/PwBD (Person with Benchmark Disabilities)

Age Limit as on 01.02.2024:

BE/B.Tech: Upper age limit is 28 years
ME/M.Tech: Upper age limit is 30 years

The candidates who fall under the General & EWS Category have the upper age restriction stated.

Age Relaxation: The upper age limit will be relaxed by 3 years for OBC (NCL) candidates, 5 years for SC/ST and 10 years for PwBD candidates (having minimum 40% disability, in addition to the relaxation applicable to OBC (NCL)/SC/ST candidates).

Experience: 

a) Trainee engineers with experience of providing IT support (PC maintenance, Network switch and associated software hands on experience, preferably as site IT Engineer, will be preferred.
b) The Resident engineer must be able to Read/Speak/Write in English and Hindi/ Regional Language wherever they are posted.
