Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized University of India (established or incorporated by or under a Central Act or State Act) or an institute recognized by the Government of Assam or by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
Service Qualification: Having practice as an Advocate including in the High Court for a period of not less than 8 (eight) years, basically on the criminal side.
Pay: Rs. 65000-112000 + Grade Pay of Rs. 18500 + 30% Special Allowance of Basic Pay and other allowances as admissible.
