Name of Post: Assistant Chemist

Department: Geological Survey of India, Ministry of Mines. HQ: Kolkata with All India service liability.
Qualification: Master’s Degree in any branch of Chemistry OR Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or Technology from a recognized University/ Institution OR Degree or Diploma conferred by the Associate Institute of Chemist (India) in Chemistry.
Age:  30 years.

Name of Post: Assistant Geophysicist
No. of Vacancy: 40 [SC-04, ST-01, OBC-12, WS-04, UR-19] [PwBD-01]
Department: Geological Survey of India, Ministry of Mines.
Qualification: Master’s Degree in Physics or Geophysics or Geology or Mathematics from a recognized University or Institute; or BE or AMIE in Electronics or Communication from a recognized University or Institute.
Age: 30 years.

Name of Post: Assistant Director (Scientific-C)

Department: Andaman and Nicobar Police, Andaman and Nicobar Administration.
Qualification:
(i) Master’s Degree in Botany or Zoology or Biochemistry or Microbiology or Biotechnology or Molecular Biology or Forensic Science or Physical Anthropology or Genetics from a recognized University or Institute and
(ii) Bachelor’s Degree with Botany or Zoology as one of the subjects from a recognized University or Institute.
Experience: Five years of experience in Analytical/Research work in Forensic Science.

Qualification:

Experience: Three years of Analytical/Research work in Forensic Science.
Desirable: Doctorate Degree in the concerned subject from a recognized University or Institute.
Age: 35 years.

Name of Post: Senior Lecturer (Forensic Medicine)

Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institute.
