IOCL Recruitment Selection Process
A written exam will be used to determine the IOCL Recruitment 2023 selection. Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) of the Objective Type with four possible answers and one correct answer will make up the written exam. Based on the data they submitted in their online applications, all applicants who meet the requirements for the written exam will get call letters. For their efforts to be taken into account during the selection process, candidates must score at least 40% on the written exam. To be considered for reserved jobs, candidates belonging to the SC, ST, and PwBD categories must obtain a minimum of 35% of the requisite marks. Depending on where they stand on the merit list and the amount of seats available in their respective trades/disciplines, candidates will be called in for document verification.
